I feel personalities and a type of property to the mutual value expectation needs to work really well, or the experience and outcome will not be as desired. My business model is about the relationship not transactional. Question: How long should I expect my home to be on the market? Answer: It comes down to two major things, one is priced accurately, and that does not mean lower than the comps. The second is a microfocus and type of marketing of your home. I market a few homes at a time, so you can assure me your home will be the star and get the attention it deserves.
